“ Driven past this place many times on our way to Colorado/New Mexico, but have never stopped. On our recent drive back this holiday season, we were doing alright on gas and made the decision to stop in Post for lunch at Holly's. We didn't do the carhop service and went inside to order to use the restroom. The lady was nice behind the counter and took our cooked to order meal. We got cheeseburgers, bacon cheeseburger, onion rings, tater tots, and french fries. The burgers were reasonable prices (think In-n-Out and not Five Guys!) and were filling. I would highly recommend the onion rings with your meal, which there are plenty of options to choose from. This is our new stopping point to get something much better than the fast-food options in this desolate area of Texas. ”
